All published rates are indicative, quoted in Nigerian naira and exclusive of value added tax at 7.5%. They assume standard configurations, standard delivery, standard power density and standard support hours.

Final pricing depends on the specification confirmed, contract term, committed volume, facility and route selected, cross-connect and carriage costs, equipment lead times and prevailing supplier costs. Prices may change without notice until a quotation is issued.

Our VPS, colocation, connectivity and public IP configurators calculate an estimate from the current catalogue. The figure shown is not a quotation and does not reserve capacity, address space or rack position.

A configurator submission creates a quote request. It becomes commercially binding on us only once we issue a formal quotation, which is valid for 14 days from issue and may be revised or superseded before acceptance. Where a configurator or catalogue entry contains an obvious error, we may correct it and reissue rather than honour the error.

Compute capacity, rack space, power, IPv4 addresses, carrier ports and specific hardware are finite and subject to confirmation at the time of order. Availability shown or implied on this site does not constitute a reservation. IPv4 allocations additionally depend on registry policy and justification, which we cannot guarantee in advance.

Availability percentages, response times, delivery windows and remedy figures shown on this site — including on our service levels and services pages — are summaries of our standard targets. The executed service level agreement attached to your contract is the binding document, and its definitions, exclusions, measurement method and credit caps prevail over any summary published here.

Benchmarks, sizing recommendations, architecture suggestions, sample configurations and documentation are provided in good faith to help you plan. Performance depends on your workload, code, operating system, tuning and traffic patterns. You remain responsible for validating that a configuration meets your requirements before relying on it in production.

Nothing on this site — including commentary on VAT, withholding tax, data residency, regulatory compliance or data protection — is legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
